Owner, Operator

Ken has owned Incorporated Industries llc for over 45 years. He not only provides excavation, sewer and water, and trucking, he manufactures earth products for commercial and residential customers throughout the tristate area. Incorporated is one of the few companies that accepts asphalt shingles in the state of Connecticut. With an exceptional reputation for their fine earth products, strong work ethics and outstanding integrity, Ken has built a company that will stand the test of time.

WENDY MEHR
Bookkeeping

Wendy handles accounts receivables and payables, working with customers and vendors.
She deals with all communications to the businesses and is a strong asset to the Incorporated Industry team

SAUNDRA RICH
Administrative Assistant

Saundra is our Administrative Assistant for the summer, providing office support while handling delivery orders, onsite orders, billing, quickbook duties and communication activities. She is bilingual and aids in in translation services with our non english speaking customers.

LAUREN OUELLETTE
Marketing

With so many entities within Incorporated Industries, there is never an end to the shooting of video, photography, editing of social media and website designing. The scope of the company's public relations and internet awareness begins in our marketing department.

ROGER ZUKOWSKI

Yard Manager

Roger handles all the traffic entering the pit, providing loader service and expert estimating of dumping sizes and cost analysis. He has been with the company over 20 years and provides solutions to many mechanical services and earth product needs.

RICHARD GAGNER

Remote Machine Operator and Truck Driver

Rich is a multitask operator running everthing from large grinding machines and yard equipment to trucks traveling from job to job.

JOE VOYER

Machine Operator/Screen operations

Joe loads our fine earth products to the large and small customers that visit our yard continuously. He also screens products keeping our pit in full production.

DARYL GAUVIN

Sewer and Waterline Installation Manager

Daryl operates many machines related to the digging of sewer and waterline installations and repairs. He also handles the grinding of our earth products and utilizes various shovels at the facility.
